GMI worked together with the staff of Walden Behavioral Care and the Administration of Rockville Hospital, to develop the program of renovations for an Inpatient Eating Disorders facilty.

GMI Architects develped a feasibility study, and full design services for a 30 bed eating disorders facility in the existing Rockville Hospital Obstetric Department.  The 16,000 SF facility houses 20 adult, and 10 adolescent patients. The renovation involved an interactive process with Walden staff, and a thorough review with the Connecticut Department of Public Health.
